At the NBCUniversal Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of fan-favorite merchandise. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select the reason for your return and generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent to your email address or available for immediate download.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, include the packing slip, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
